4 days in to my US trip and I still don’t have my bags due to the problems they had at @HeathrowAirport and now @British_Airways have closed the case on their side even though I still don’t have my stuff. Wtf. I hope there’s some kind of class action lawsuit.

@British_Airways Finally got a notification from FedEx this morning that my bag will arrive on Thursday

I had spoken to 2 different BA support agents but since the bag tracing system had already removed my bag from the system there wasn’t much they could do other than tell me to wait.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Koji Suzuki.
His novel "Ring" (リング) left its mark on modern horror by introducing Sadako to the world, and Koji's legacy will live on wherever her story is told, including in The Fog.
Our thoughts are with his loved ones at this difficult time.
