On days off we do self care things. Scalp mask, face mask, relaxing shower, all the candles are lite plus a cookie. That’s a win

What I don’t recommend after a 12 hour shift is getting into a car accident where your car is towed and you’re now left carless with a many a plans coming up 🙃

I journaled 7 pages. Straight diarrhea of the brain. It was cathartic, everything I needed, & helped me understand why I’ve been feeling this way. Why did I put the pen to the paper? Because my comforter was damp & needed more time drying. & had 3 glasses of wine, brain juice.
