Good news for @Delta flyers: CEO Ed Bastian says that the airline has heard the negative feedback about loyalty updates and changes are coming!

This isn’t the first time that Delta went too far.

Last year, it announced lounge access updates that it walked back one week later.

@Delta way to drop the ball on flight DL15. Mechanical 2hr delay coming from JFK, diverted to Savannah which isn't equipped to handle the plane. Sat on plan for over 3hrs just to time out the pilots. Overnight in Savannah to continue to have delays.#epicfailure
