- Once you get to Edmonton (at 7PM), get your checked bag.
- Wait at the Edmonton airport til 6AM when Westjet customer service desk opens.
- Ask if you can get on an earlier flight to Victoria (instead of the 6PM flight he’s scheduled on). /2

Another horror story from @WestJet. My 19-year old heading back to Victoria for university, and connecting via Edmonton. Calgary - Edmonton flight delayed, so he misses his connection to Victoria. And, of course, impossible to contact anyone at WestJet. /1
