@HacksawX0 @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC @AskPayPal Ah! 3 months aki! Paypal–Mpesa partnership is just crazy! Let’s hope @Safaricom_Care sorts this out, as error is on their side & their customer service agents are so unhelpful. At this point, it feels like our money has gone on an extended vacation. #mpesa #paypal #safaricom

[C K @CirahkK]

@SafaricomPLC it’s been 3 weeks with no refund or meaningful update on my PayPal–M-PESA case. This is unacceptable for what should be a straightforward issue. Resolve this urgently. #MPESA #PayPal

@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC @AskPayPal @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC @AskPayPal , my transaction failed on 18 Aug, but my money clearly decided to start a new life somewhere else..😂 No M-PESA credit, no refund, no explanation. How long does a failed transaction need to fail? Kindly return my money. #mpesa #paypal

[C K @CirahkK]

@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC A whole month gone by, the transaction still pending and havent received my funds yet, what a partnership with @AskPayPal #safaricom #mpesa #paypal

[C K @CirahkK]

@Miss__Aidah @SafaricomPLC @Miss__Aidah Will we not get the same alibi that they are waiting for approval from @AskPayPal while surely its @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC systems which are not working properly.

[C K @CirahkK]

@AskPayPal @PayPal Safaricom has confirmed that my reversal is pending PayPal’s approval. The transaction failed nearly four weeks ago, and my funds are still tied up. Could you please look into this.

[C K @CirahkK]

@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC My paypal-mpesa transaction failed nearly four weeks ago, funds are still tied up. This is frustratingly similar to last year, issue took 2months to resolve after endless generic 72hour responses. @AskPayPal assist as dispute still pending.

[C K @CirahkK]

@Safaricom_Care @Safaricom_Care have checked my DM still the same generic "please wait" response with no deadline. Your team already breached the 72hour timeline promised on Sept 2nd. Please provide a definitive resolution date when refund will be processed. #Safaricom #mpesa #paypal

[C K @CirahkK]

@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC transaction failed on 18 August, so many emails back and forth - still waiting for the refund.

[C K @CirahkK]

Following up on "own transfer", form submitted on 9Feb - its a month later and still. Confirm the progress.

[C K @CirahkK]

@SuntraInvests How long should a withdrawal take after submitting all required documents—twice, thrice? My M-Pesa details are already verified and previously used. Please update ASAP.

@SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care @AskPayPal Ghost Funds

7 weeks, one lost transfer. My money is now a ghost —
@Safaricom_Care do you see it too? #FintechFails #MPesa #PayPal @SafaricomPLC

[C K @CirahkK]

@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC Extremely disappointed with how my failed PayPal → M-Pesa transaction from 24 September 2025 has been handled. Over a month with no resolution and repeated redirects. This is poor complaint handling and unacceptable.

[C K @CirahkK]

@SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care @AskPayPal Patience vs. System

7 weeks of patience. Safaricom’s system waits too. Will my funds return? Only time knows. #FintechFails #MPesa #PayPal @SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care
