Circus of Positivity aims to promote physical and mental wellbeing in our local community through the provision of juggling and ground-based circus activities.

Thanks to funding from Postcode Community Trust, we are helping Scout groups achieve their circus badge! 24th Newport Scouts practiced 2 skills, researched facts about circus and watched acts, and demonstrated skills for parents and siblings 🤹‍♀️ Well done all 👏 @PostcodeLottery

More good news! We are excited to share we have secured an Awards for All grant from @TNLComFundWales to run a variety of workshops for our local community in 2024, as well as some really exciting events 🤹‍♀️🎪 #NationalLottery #AwardsForAll

In order to do this, we have had to look at our pricing structure, but we’re determined to stay affordable whilst covering our costs. Where possible will aim to secure grant funding for our projects – watch this space for updates! 🤩

Exciting news! 📢
Over the summer, we officially incorporated as a Community Interest Company, becoming Circus of Positivity CIC 🎉
So, what does this mean going forward?

Mainly it means we will be able to do more – more workshops, instructors, availability and equipment! We will be building this up gradually but we’re looking forward to being able to say ‘yes’ to more requests for workshops and organising our own sessions and events 🤹‍♀️[THREAD]
