@alexand57671519 I find ROTJ boring most of the part, mostly pacing and production makes it not like it that much. ROTS was the first SW film I ever watched at 3 years old so it will always have a special place for me. And TLJ is one of the films I can relate the most

TMaG is a deeply mid movie which makes it kinda depressing to talk about. It’s so incredibly safe, idk I fell like we shouldn’t accept such a safe and forgettable movie. The writing just makes me sad 😣

@CobaltGreen1138 Can I say that using more practical effects in SW makes it feel more fake? Don’t get me wrong, impressive and a lot of work goes into making these props and yes, it looks more realistic but when they start moving and talking it doesn’t feel alive or right

I really don't understand the fetishization of practical effects these days. Not just in the fandom, movie marketing and BTS stuff too, even Star Wars. I remember George insisting the clones be CG, with essentially everyone on the team pushing back.. and now they're practical.
