Runway's Gen-2 costs $0.05 per 4 second render. Only 1 in 10 are typically usable, upping that to $.50 per usable clip. Thus, a final 40 second video would cost $5 to make. That's the economy of Gen-2 right now. BTW I spent over $100 last month on Runway subscription and credit packs, all on Gen-1. I like paying for useful tools like Gen-1, but Gen-2 needs some work. I expect people will blow through their credits and have less than desirable results. Let's see how fast this plays out not that it's public.
