What is satisfaction?

A constable got a paralysis attack in the year 2017. He went to hospital in Chennai and took treatment.

In the medical urgency, he skipped some of the mandatory procedures required for bill reimbursements.

Finally, after a wait of 6 years and a continuous struggle of about 1 year with the authorities, his claim is processed today. I never met this contable. Never seen his face. But the kind of satisfaction I am getting out of this, I cannot express in words.
