@NoSoyZone@SmoothieKing Who said they can’t? Businesses are also private property with the right to refuse service based on a person’s clothing. They can set standards of dress (ie no shoes, no shirt, no service). They refused service based on his shirt. 🤷🏽♀️ But that bakery? Acceptable discrimination?
