@NYCTSubway your 1 trains aren’t announcing that they’re skipping stops. We just went from 96-145 and no one knew. Seriously the most basic thing to let passengers know
@JakeGaregnani@CBS8 Fans are actually wondering:
-What are the team’s biggest factors contributing to the struggles at the plate?
-Do players feel the batting order could’ve been changed to help play to the cubs pitching?
-What caught them by surprise about cubs pitching, what was the preparation?
@JakeGaregnani@CBS8 Sports journalists ask the stupidest questions. I mean seriously, do you think any actual padres fan is curious about his assessment of the season? Fans have been watching, we know what happened this season and we know that’s what he’s going to say.
@NYCTSubway We’ve skipped several stops and are stalling between stations. I’ve been on since 96th and we’ve skipped almost every station and we are about to get to 145
@dieworkwear There are plenty of good options for shorts that can be functional, comfortable, and semi formal without looking like adapted sweatshorts. Don’t get me wrong, I love the occasional nylon or athletic team shorts but they don’t all need to be elastic ruffled waist
@dieworkwear I find the trend for men’s shorts to be elastic and synched with drawstrings super annoying. We don’t need a hybrid between sweatpants and terrible skinny shorts.
@mikevorel In the first half of the game, Dillon was limping between plays. If the goal of those last plays was to run clock, why wouldn’t they let a backup rb hold the ball and avoid risk of further injury for a major player? If Dillon was dealing with an injury, why not minimize his time?
@dieworkwear My @Converse chuck 70s which costs more than the chuck taylors and are supposed to be higher quality, lasted me less than 6 months. Stitching came undone, sole wore out, it really sucked. Looking for a higher quality alternative now, would pay more but hope to pay the same
@alanthefisher Singapore has a unique climate but their vertical greenery and living facades have been well received and successful on many different fronts. I don’t think green architecture is goofy
