If you see someone in need of help, call 911 for emergencies or call 211 + 3 for the 24/7 Crisis Diversion team.
Water is always available at 29 different water stations located throughout the city.
City recreation centres, pools and libraries are available during operating hours for anyone needing a place to cool down.

ATTN commuters & transit riders: Flooding in various parts of north Edmonton will affect your commute this morning. Yellowhead Trail in both directions has been affected between 121 St and 156 St. Underpasses on Yellowhead Trail are also flooded between St. Albert Trail and 170 St. Please use alternate routes. Crews are onsite and working to restore the roads.
Update on NE Edmonton incident: About 1,700 customers remain without gas service. ATCO crews are repairing damaged infrastructure, with restoration efforts to continue over the next 48 hours. Critical facilities have temporary gas service in place. Safety remains a top priority.
There has been an update to Eco Station hours! ♻️
To help residents manage storm-driven tree & branch debris, Eco Station & Edmonton Waste Management Centre (EWMC) hours are extended from now until July 28.
Eco Stations will be open daily from 8am to 8pm and the EWMC will be open 7:30am to 7:30pm on weekdays and 8am to 7pm on weekends.
Residents can also drop off storm-driven tree and branch debris at designated areas in Community Recycling Depots.

Dutch elm disease (DED) has been confirmed in two trees in the Northmount and Rossdale neighbourhoods.
The City is taking action to protect Edmonton’s elm trees. Both trees have been removed to prevent the spread of the deadly fungal disease.
