Atterdag College, an educational and Danish cultural institution, opened in 1914. Today, this facility is known as the Atterdag Village of Solvang.

On Thursday, April 23rd at 3pm, Solvang Parks and Rec will lead the Atterdag Village Car Parade.

We've established a new Emergency Relief Fund under the Solvang School PTO. This fund will be used to provide relief for students when the school is unable to supply meals, as well as other emergencies related to our students.⁠

The Solvang Eviction Ban has some significant differences from the Governor’s blanket order. See photo for details.

We recognize that some are seeking loans and other financial assistance, and therefore might be able to pay if given additional time.

You may still use the parks and trails for active and healthy living such as walking, hiking or running, but please be conscious of the current social distancing measures.

Restroom facilities at both parks are still open to the public.
