As you’ll see from this photo, the colour of honey naturally varies year to year. This is influenced by the types of flowers the bees forage from, weather, nectar availability - and even changes in pollen. Each harvest is different, which is exactly what makes raw honey special.

Grown and harvested right here at City Tower, our raw, unpasteurised honey is now available to buy.

Jars are available for a £7 donation, with all proceeds supporting Emmie’s Kitchen, a charity providing vital meals and comfort to parents of poorly children at the RMCH.
