Day 2⃣ at the @food_trails Annual Partner Meeting in #Funchal💥
🧑💻The morning opened with a #foodpolicy knowledge-sharing workshop, with a focus on mapping multi-level #governance relationships within the #foodsystem of each city, which will help to model practices and knowledge
At the beginning of @food_trails, only 3 out of 11 cities had food policies. As we enter the project last year, significant successes are already there: by 2024 all cities will have implemented food policies, paving the way for the next steps towards more sustainable food systems
Working on a multilevel governance mapping grid to visually represent the complexity of the food ecosystems.
@food_trails cities will identify:
✅key food policy actions and public services
✅administrative competences allocated across different levels & their interactions.
🤩Exciting challenge ahead for @food_trails partner cities as we kick off knowledge-sharing activities with 28 Cascading Cities. Coming up study visits, webinars, and workshops. Stay tuned for insights!💪
