Fentanyl overdoses are sudden, tox levels of norfentanyl are low or effectively 0 because its a afterproduct of metabolised fentanyl. Norfentanyl was ~1/2 his fentanyl levels 😉

You do build up an immunity to it and he had elevated norfentanyl which means he was metabolising it properly. This is not contested, and it was not contested in trial
