@gonortheast would appreciate an answer as to why the 16:05 Service 12 didn’t show up at Eldon square bus station. The 12 seems to be sacrificed to unacceptable levels.

@gonortheast Thanks - was this delay on your Network Alert (Service updates) as I didn’t see it? It took me almost 1.5 hours from leaving work to get home (6 miles). The 10 I got to Blaydon station was overcrowded and unsafe. Then a walk home as the 12 no longer services Blaydon bank. Poor!☹️
