Harry Roque uploaded a video and confessed the whole story of his immigration and asylum problem.

Key highlights:

1. Harry Roque admits that the Netherlands has denied all of his initial asylum application or requests because it should be Vienna, Austria – the country that granted him his Schengen Visa – that should process his asylum application.

2. The Netherlands has until December 10 to transfer him to Vienna. Otherwise, it shall be Netherlands that will have to grant or deny his asylum application with finality.

3. He admitted not knowing the Dublin Protocol or Regulations of the EU well before but now he does (kasi nagka mali siya on insisting na Netherlands ang may jurisdiction).

4. He denies being arrested but by all accounts his own story sounds like he was arrested – akala niya wala siya choice but to follow immigration authorities to fly to Vienna AND two prosecutors and police were sent to charge him for absconding when he didn’t push through with his flight (but he wasn’t criminally charged with anything in the end because it was an immigration issue for now).

5. He says in the middle that he bought (?) or he chose his house in Netherlands intentionally – na he bought or chose the house nearest to the ICC or Duterte’s detention facility. Walking distance lang daw.

At least klaro na ngayon kasi never inaamin nuon ni Harry Roque that Netherlands denied his asylum requests and even the appeals he lodged.

Now it’s clear that the process is going on and that it will only be a matter of time before he is sent back to the Philippines because EU authorities – Netherlands or Austria – will see that his case is not one of political persecution.

Abangan ang December 10 if nasa Netherlands pa din siya or nasa Austria na! 👊
