Referred a patient with TBI on anticoagulation? Unclear when to restart?
Then recruit to the RESTART-tICrH study! Randomising to 1 and 4 weeks will help guide future management on the optimal time point to restart this medication after TBI. For more info https://t.co/ysGOIdnoK6

Addendum to tweet 8 should read:
So dropping their pretax income by £24,000 (dropping post tax income by give or take £12k), post tax AA charge decreased by £22.5k.
So they are *MASSIVELY* better off by NOT WORKING every other weekend.
Let that sink in @wesstreeting
Catherine and Christian have to be incredibly careful when revisiting James' wound site. With precision the expert pair of surgeons work together to prepare the skull for the new ceramic implant #TraumaRoomOne@AlderHey
1/ IMPORTANT🧵: Its been a busy week. A new #workforceplan- (supposedly) #RETENTION central to it, to help #CutWaitingLists.

18/ However much gvmnt try to equate all the pay disputes in the NHS as being equal, they are not. Gvmnt need to act urgently to #FixPay and restore the DDRB to its original principles to ensure we dont return ro this mess again
RT if you want @Jeremy_Hunt@SteveBarclay to act
