भारतीय रेलवे के कर्मचारियों का अमानवीय व्यवहार ,

मेरे पिता जी को कैंसर डिटेक्ट हुआ ���नका ईलाज AIIMS दिल्ली से चल रहा है उनको हर सप्ताह कीमो के लिए दिल्ली जाना पड़ता ,

सरकार की तरफ से कैंसर पीड़ित मरीजों के लिए रेलवे में रिजर्वेशन की सुविधा है जो कि AIIMS हॉस्पिटल के द्वारा Railway Concession Form दिया जाता जिसके द्वारा हमारे स्टेशन पर रुकने और दिल्ली जाने वाली किसी भी ट्रेन में रिजर्वेशन करा सकते ,

आज जब मेरी दीदी इस फॉर्म को लेकर फफूंद (PHD) रेलवे के रिजर्वेशन काउंटर पर दोपहर 12 बजे के लगभग गई और बुकिंग क्लर्क को फॉर्म भरकर दिया तो उसने टिकट बुक करने से साफ मना कर दिया और बहुत ही बत्तमीजी से बात कि जब दीदी ने कहा पिछली बार इसी फॉर्म से टिकट बुक कराकर दिल्ली गए और वापस आए थे तो बोला में नहीं करूंगा।

मैं अगर ऑनलाइन भी रिजर्वेशन करता हु तब भी फफूंद स्टेशन पर रुकने वाली किसी ट्रैन में महीनों की वेटिंग मिल���ी है सीट बुक ही नहीं होती बिना रिजर्वेशन के वो जा भी नहीं सकते और हर सप्ताह कीमो के लिए जाना पड़ता है।
