@NTLive@NationalTheatre Would have loved to but @ODEONCinemas wouldn’t redeem my new year tickets purchased to see this and so had to return home disappointed with my two daughters.
Please avoid screenings in Odeon, they have terrible customer experience.

@ZARA_Care Customer services no help at all. There is no reason to refuse exchange it’s simply “company policy”. So a 12 year old (on her first time shopping alone) makes a genuine mistake and @ZARA decide they won’t exchange an item when they easily could @MartinSLewis
@ZARA_Care daughter went shopping on her own for the first time. Accidentally got wrong size and didn’t think to keep her receipt (she’s 12 yrs old). Returned today to exchange for exact same item/same price but size up but they wouldn’t swap without receipt. Please can you help?
