JUST HAD A PERFORMANCE AT MY FIRST SCRIMMAGE BEFORE THE SEASON. In this scrimmage I was playing DE and MLB in a 3-4 and a 4-3 defense showcasing my versatility on the opposite side of the ball‼️

before my last day in miami. i decided to condition so that i’m one step ahead even when i’m away. I completed 10 rounds of pull ups push ups goblet squats and hanging knee raises. for the first 5 rounds i did 5 reps of each exercise then for the last 5 rounds i did 10 reps of each exercise and for my exit ticket 3 miles with a 9:50 pace.

HARD WORK NEVER STOPS

I am currently on my birthday trip enjoying miami. BUT I LOVE MY SPORT EVEN MORE. Today I bench pressed 265 on the smith machine my first pr in a while building from 225 all the way up to 265. IM EXCITED FOR THIS UPCOMING SEASON AND IM EXCITED TO SHOW WHAT I CAN DO.

Today I did explosiveness I was really focused on my form and getting the most out of all my sprints and jumps. Today i Pr’d in my triple broad jump. jumping 287 1/2 inches. 🙌🏽

Today I focused on acceleration and some top end speed. I clocked a time of 7.58 for the 60 meter dash. I also worked on DB movement because as a linebacker I gotta be able to move and fly to the ball.

I HAD A GREAT TIME AT ADRIAN COLLEGE PROSPECT CAMP! This camp was another great camp for me and it being the first camp I was invited to and actually evaluated as a prospect and not another jersey. I had a great talk with @Coach__Karry and he helped me get a better understanding of what I must do to keep becoming better and continue being a dominant LINEBACKER and also a great person‼️

THE MICHIGAN CAMP WAS A SUCCESS. This camp helped me showcase multiple skills such as block destruction and my ability to get out of my breaks fast. safe to say this was a very versatile camp and it allowed me to see my weaknesses and my strengths.
