So what is the best app to buy the small cap alta. Coinbase uphold and Gemini so not have a lot of what is discussed.

@coinbase I'm having issues with coinbase reporting my purchases at the wrong amounts as an example xlm yesterday at 26 cents is showing this morning I purchased at 35 cents and 10 minutes later at 33 cents it didn't even hit those prices until today.
