Why do I meditate every day?
It helps me build a strong foundation for knowing how I think and feel, with both the body and mind.
Life is easier when you have a sense of why you're thinking and feeling the way you do.
Bruce Lee said, "If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you'll never get it done."
Put simply: have a bias to action.
Most of us are not doing things that will kill us if we get them wrong.
But you will end up years behind where you could be if you do nothing.
