My two sons have not been allowed to see or speak to their father Imran Khan who has been held unlawfully (acc to the UN) for 22 months of solitary confinement.
X is the only place left where we can still tell the world he is a political prisoner without basic human rights.
Yet every time I post about him, the reach inside Pakistan (and often globally) is throttled to almost zero.
You promised free speech, not “speech but no one hears it”.

“Pakistan does not have a hybrid system, rather a brutal martial law: a complete dictatorship. A clear manifestation of this was President Trump choosing to meet Asim Munir instead of Shehbaz Sharif or Zardari because he knows that Asim Munir holds all the power. That is also why I have always said that negotiations should be with the ones who hold power.

The loss of innocent lives in drone attacks in areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is extremely tragic. I have protested and marched all over the world against American drone attacks in Pakistan and my stance on this issue is clear and well known. Every time innocent people are killed, terrorism increases. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government should register criminal cases (FIRs) against those responsible for these drone attacks.

The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa placed their trust in me through their votes. That is why I had instructed that Ali Amin, Muzzammil Aslam, Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, and Taimur Jhagra must brief me on the budget before its passage. Prior to approving the budget, Ali Amin and the KP government should have approached the Supreme Court and stated unequivocally that the party leading the province is headed by Imran Khan, and it is from him that guidance on budgetary matters must be sought, without which even the IMF will not accept the budget.

I issue a clear directive once again: the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government must petition the Supreme Court. This budget is not final. My designated consultative team must meet with me, and the budget should only be passed after incorporating the amendments that I specify.

While other provincial governments are not presenting surplus budgets, offering a surplus from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's funds serves only to benefit the illegitimate federal government. I will not allow the people of KP to be harmed under any circumstances.

“پہلگام واقعے میں قیمتی انسانی جانوں کا ضیاع انتہائی افسوسناک اور تکلیف دہ ہے۔ میں متاثرہ افراد اور ان کے اہلِ خانہ سے دلی ہمدردی اور تعزیت کا اظہار کرتا ہوں۔

پلوامہ کے فالس فلیگ آپریشن کے بعد بھی ہم نے بھارت کو مکمل تعاون کی پیشکش کی تھی، لیکن بھارت کوئی ٹھوس ثبوت پیش نہ کر سکا۔ میری 2019 میں کی گئی پیشن گوئی کے مطابق ایک بار پھر ویسا ہی پہلگام واقعے ��ے بعد بھی ہو رہا ہے۔ خود احتسابی یا شفاف تحقیقات کی بجائے مودی سرکار نے ایک مرتبہ پھر پاکستان کو موردِ الزام ٹھہرایا ہے۔

ایک ڈیڑھ ارب کی آبادی والے ملک کو ذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیے، نہ کہ ایسے خطے میں اشتعال انگیزی جسے پہلے ہی “جوہری فلیش پوائنٹ” کہا جاتا ہے۔ پاکستان امن کو ترجیح دیتا ہے، لیکن ہماری امن پسندی کو کمزوری نہ سمجھا جائے۔ پاکستان کے پاس ہر وہ صلاحیت موجود ہے جس سے وہ کسی بھی بھارتی جارحیت کا بھرپور جواب دے سکتا ہے، جیسا کہ ایک متحد قوم کی مکمل حمایت یافتہ تحریک انصاف کی حکومت نے 2019 میں دیا تھا۔

میں نے اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کی روشنی میں ہمیشہ کشمیری عوام کے حقِ خودارادیت کی حمایت کی ہے۔

میں مسلسل یہ بات اجاگر کرتا رہا ہوں کہ آر ایس ایس کے نظریے کے تحت چلنے والا بھارت نہ صرف اس خطے بلکہ پوری دنیا کے لیے ایک سنگین خطرہ بن چکا ہے۔ کشمیر میں بھارتی مظالم، جو آرٹیکل 370 کے غیر قانونی خاتمے کے بعد مزید بڑھ گئے ہیں، کشمیری عوام کی آزادی کی خواہش کو مزید تقویت دے رہے ہیں۔

نواز شریف یا آصف زردا��ی جیسے مفاد پرست سیاستدانوں سے بھارت کے خلاف کسی مضبوط مؤقف کی توقع رکھنا محض بیوقوفی ہے۔ وہ کبھی بھارت کے خلاف بولنے کی جرأت نہیں کریں گے کیونکہ ان کا ناجائز پیسہ اور کاروباری مفادات بیرون ملک ہیں۔ وہ غیر ملکی سرمایہ کاری سے فائدہ اٹھاتے ہیں، اور انہی مفادات کے تحفظ کے لیے بھارت کی جارحیت اور پاکستان پر لگائے گئے بے بنیاد الزامات پر خاموش رہتے ہیں۔ ان کا ڈر صرف یہ ہے کہ اگر انہوں نے سچ بولا تو بھارتی لابیاں ان کے آف شور اثاثے منجمد کروا سکتی ہیں۔

افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ آج پاکستانی قوم ایک جعلی اور دھاندلی ذدہ فارم 47 رجیم کے باعث تقسیم ہو چکی ہے، لیکن مودی ��ی جارحیت نے پاکستانی عوام کو بھارت کے خلاف ایک آواز میں متحد کر دیا ہے۔ ہم اس جعلی حکومت کو مسترد کرتے ہیں، لیکن من حیث القوم بھارت کی جنگی جنون اور خطے کے امن کو داؤ پر لگانے والے عزائم کی سختی سے مذمت کرتے ہیں۔

کسی بھی بیرونی دشمن کے خلاف جنگ جیتنے کے لیے قوم کا اندرونی طور پر متحد ہونا ضروری ہے۔ اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ ان تمام اقدامات کو روکا جائے جو قوم میں مزید تقسیم پیدا کر رہے ہیں۔ ریاست کی تمام توانائیاں سیاسی انتقام پر صرف ہونا اس نازک وقت میں قوم کی داخلی یکجہتی کو کمزور کر رہا ہے اور بیرونی خطرات کا مقابلہ کرنے کی صلاحیت پر اثر انداز ہو رہا ہے-

خواتین کے ساتھ جو غیر انسانی سلوک روا رکھا جا رہا ہے، وہ پوری دنیا کے سامنے پاکستان کا امیج تباہ کر رہا ہے۔ ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد کو مسلسل جیل میں رکھنا، عالیہ حمزہ کی بلاجواز گرفتاری، اور بشریٰ بی بی کو ایسے مقدمے میں سزا دینا جس سے ان کا کوئی تعلق ہی نہیں، اس انتقامی طرز س��است کا واضح ثبوت ہے۔

عدالتوں کو مفلوج کر دیا گیا ہے۔ مجھے اپنے وکلا سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی جا رہی۔ کورٹ پیکنگ کے ذریعے انصاف کی راہ میں رکاوٹیں کھڑی کر دی گئی ہیں۔ اس کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ:
1. میرے کیسز کی سنوائی ہی نہ ہو تاکہ جھوٹے مقدمات میں مجھے قید رکھا جا سکے۔
2. الیکشن کے بعد بننے والے جعلی حکومتی سیٹ اپ کو قانونی تحفظ دیا جا سکے۔

افغان مہاجرین سے متعلق موجودہ پالیسی ہرگز درست نہیں۔ ان کے ساتھ روا رکھا جانے والا سلوک اور زبردستی ملک بدری کے اقدامات ملک میں مزید بدامنی اور نفرت کو ہوا دے رہے ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ بلوچستان طرز کے اغوا کے واقعات رپورٹ ہو رہے ہیں جو کہ انتہائی قابل تفشیش ہیں- “فیصلہ سازوں” کی غلط پالیسیوں کے نتائج کا ملبہ خیبرپختونخوا کی صوبائی حکومت پر آئے گا اس لیے علی امین کو ان معاملات پر ایکشن لینا چاہیے- دھاندلی کے کیسز ایک سال سے لٹکے ہوئے ہیں ، اس حوالے سے جنید اکبر ��یاسی اور احتجاجی حکمت عملی بنائیں-

بار کونسلز الیکشن میں انتظار پنجوتھہ انصاف لائیرز فورم کے اپنے امیدوار سامنے لائیں اور ساری پارٹی صرف اپنے امیدواران کو سپورٹ کرے-“

The nation must stand up for itself, get organized, and peacefully protest, because until there is a ‘Revolution of Justice’ in the country, democracy cannot prevail. To bring about this revolution of justice, everyone must come forward.

This is not an issue of any one person or party; it is a matter of Pakistan’s survival and integrity.”
