After a night filled with fear and terror…
Thank God, we are still alive here in Gaza.
Every day, we live between bombardment, fear, and uncertainty, not knowing what the next morning may bring.
Please, don’t stop praying for us, and do not stop speaking about Gaza.
Rafif’s family is still alive…
still holding on to hope despite everything. 💔🇵🇸

One of the biggest problems we have in Cameroon is late detection of diseases and this is clearly because of our low screening rates. If you are looking at donating to a foundation that focuses on helping cancer affected patients, while promoting screening, check out this page.
Michael Parenti, the path-breaking Marxist scholar, historian and political scientist, passed today at age 92
He went peacefully this morning, surrounded by his family
“Now he is in what he used to refer to as ‘the great lecture hall in the sky,’” his son, Christian, reflected
A few years ago, I went to Accra to visit my godfather, the late President Jerry Rawlings, as we chatted in his living room, he told me of a plan he had with Thomas Sankara that would eventually lead to Sankara's death.
They had planned to form an alliance...Burkina Faso and Ghana to have a common economy, foreign affairs policy, currency, etc.
They were still at the rudimentary level of their plan when Sankara made mention of it during a public function. The following week, he was brutally killed.
The French "tolerated" his "excesses" but got utterly pissed when they discovered the plan he had with Papa J. In their book, he's crossed the line.
Papa J shared some very disturbing revelations about the state of Africa.....There was a time he wanted to build a particular infrastructure in Ghana, he was told some vested international power do not want the project, he ignored the warning and reached out to the world Bank to help finance the project. World Bank gave him terms and conditions that got him so pissed, he walked out on them.
He said: Iyo, I did not compromise my principle and I did not steal a dime from my people throughout my years as President and I can swear with anything. Despite my opposition to their relentless efforts in caging Africa, a part of me tells me, they did not gun for my life as I'd expected, like they did to Castro, due to my white heritage. I survived a few assassination attempts, but I'm still alive? Could it be just luck?
There's no better way to put it, we are not free. We don't even make the big decisions that shape our economy, military and public infrastructure( Except it benefits the vested powers) All I can say is, those who doubt these revelations by @DavidHundeyin of the true state of Africa and how we are constantly being undermined need to come out of their ignorance. These things are no conspiracy theories. They are real and they affect you.
Hiiii… Cara here 😅

Continue discussing sex and marriage very well, you hear?
The economic and geopolitical foundations of the world are having a once-in-century shift in plain sight, but the world's 6th largest population sees no place for itself in such conversations.
So sex and marriage it is👍🏿
So tiring. Sex and manospheric discussions from Mon-Sunday, all year. Meanwhile the future of your continent and children are being rugged beyond repair.
Day 1/40
Exodus 34:7
Isaiah 53:5
- O Lord by your loving kindness, have mercy upon me and my family.
- Every bloodline iniquities, accusing me before your throne, arise and show me mercy, even as your word promised me.
