Did you know that UVA (commonly known as ageing rays) are more-or-less the same strength every day, all-year-round! Furthermore, around 95% of the UV radiation that meets the earthās surface is UVA - meaning we are all exposed to high levels during our lifetime.
Sunbeds emit the same UV radiation as the sun, but in greater intensities. Sunbeds are classified as a group 1 carcinogen. Even 1 sunbed use can increase your risk of melanoma by 20% & sunbed use before the age of 35 can increase the risk of melanoma by 75%! SUNBEDS ARE NOT SAFE!
This is a very common myth! But be warned - unless the PRIMARY FUNCTION of the product is to protect the skin from UVA and UVB damage, then it should not be relied upon to provide adequate protection.
Furthermore, you would need to apply the product liberally and frequently!
@_MikeMcCartney_ Glad you had fun Mike. Hope you got lots of hugs š¤ Great to see you at L&Tās 50th celebrations and hear about the bible selling days š See you soon.
