A terrified woman was sexually harassed on the platform at Canary Wharf, followed onto the train, grabbed violently, and assaulted as she tried to get away.

He only stopped when other passengers intervened.

On 18 June 2026, a teenage girl was raped in Sheffield.
South Yorkshire Police have released CCTV images of a man they urgently want to speak to in connection with this sickening assault near Cat Lane, Gleadless Valley at around 5.25pm.

If you recognise this man, have seen him around that time, or have any dashcam, doorbell, or other footage

#APPEAL | Officers are appealing for information relating to an attempted burglary in Rusholme.

An unknown man approached the front door of a property on Parkside Road at around 5:5am on Wednesday 10 June and proceeded to ring the victim’s doorbell before trying her door handle.

Once he realised it was a Ring doorbell, he covered the camera, which caused it to glitch and proceeded to try the handle again. When the camera stopped glitching, he had left the property.

Officers would like to speak to the man pictured as they believe he can assist in their enquiries.
