@merseyrail Somehow at Kirkby, the doors closed on me while I was getting a wheelchair off the train. Separating me from the wheelchair user, door wouldn’t open but the doors began on the other side of train opened instead! You’re lucky you didn’t have a death on your hands today

@merseyrail @MetroMayorSteve another day and another fault on Kirkby Line. It’s really getting too much now! I need Merseyrail for my work life and now I need it to get to Fazakerley Hospital and it’s unreliable. The poor counter staff and they are brilliant.
