@haven I'm due to arrive at your Primrose Valley park on Friday. Am extremely disappointment that the arrival time is as late as 6-7pm. We are only on a weekend break and therefore feel you have already cut out a large percentage of our only holiday time this year...

@haven Very disappointing, also you may want to check the phone lines at Primrose Valley, despite calling 6 or more times, each time it rang out and cut off, almost like you do t want customers to get through to you....
