@RoyalMailStamps So basically there's no way of claiming. No way of talking to anyone without ANOTHER 40 minute wait. I'm obviously not happy. Please provide me a way to actually contact you that doesn't involve a second 40 minute wait.
@RoyalMailStamps Also, funniest thing, she said the tracking number shows that it was never officially logged as being underpaid (which it wasn't). Plus if something is 'returned to sender', your help line person said there shouldn't be a charge. 5/?
@RoyalMailStamps It's not lost or damaged, I'm just out of pocket on two lots of postage, but funnily enough, I can't claim for that, even though the person on the phone assured me I could. 4/?
@RoyalMailStamps You then charged me money to get it back (without telling me what it was 'someone' was trying to send me). After half an hour on hold, I was told to make an online claim. Only online claims are only for lost or damaged things. 3/?
@RoyalMailStamps I sent a small parcel using online postage. There was a 2g discrepancy between my scales and yours. 2g. You decided the postage was underpaid even though the postage was exactly the same regardless of that 2g. 2/?
@RoyalMailStamps There's no email address for complaints, only a 40 minute wait to call. I've already done that once and it didn't solve my problem, so I'm not inclined to do it again. You can have my complaint publicly instead. 1/?
Love @YOSushi but was disappointed to find you've taken yasai tempura off the menu :-( One of your nicest dishes. You also seem to have removed two vegetarian sushi dishes and replaced them with only one :-(

@charlottelrkane @Colette_Davison @LordOfVillainy @byMorganWright @jennbridgwater @celtic_nimueh What's the general genre of books being donated? Happy to donate, as long as my YA fantasy books are a good fit.
