@RoryStewartUK @RestIsPolitics You refer to the "payroll" vote. But surely it's taxpayer's money, it's not coming out of the PM's own pocket, they're doing a job for the country. So why do MPs 'on the payroll' feel they must resign to be able to vote against, after all it's an anonymous? Or am I being naïve?

My first visit this week was to @Amisfieldgarden in the outskirts of Haddington. Entry is free, it’s maintained by volunteers and is a wonderful oasis of calm & beauty. The herbaceous border is looking superb at the moment. Alasdair McDougall (below) is the Volunteer Coordinator.

@NHS_Lothian can you please explain why the rates of vaccination for the Lothian councils are, except for Fife, the lowest in the country? (They are almost a third of the rate of the best councils in Scotland) And what are you doing to catch up? @IainGrayMSP
