@cryptocom I now have my virtual crypto card but when I try to use it anywhere I keep getting a declined message, can you explain why?

@virginmedia can you please explain why you can’t fix the broadband issue in our local area that has been causing homeworking/homeschooling issues since 4th Jan. And even though I have rang up 6 times now no one can give me a date for it to be fixed?
