@rachjc87@BensonsForBeds We’re trying to get a damaged one collected. We’ve been storing it for them since 13.03.20 😂. After long discussions, phone calls etc, they say they’re collecting tomorrow, but let’s wait and see. I’ve never dealt with such an awful company. Hope you get yours soon 👍
Absolutely disgusting @BensonsForBeds. Waited in all day for a collection, had call at 6.15 to say be here in an hour. Now phone call to say not coming. Disgusting.
I feel sorry for that Professor who lost his job for shagging during the lockdown. He should've just said he was worried his penis had stopped working and he wanted to double check.
Disgusting service from @BensonsForBeds. We are still waiting for collection of faulty bed since 21.03,they started delivering again 01.05 & still not got deposit back. Still going to take money from my account even though order cancelled. No reply from phone/email. 😡
@BensonsHelp Thanks for the unhelpful reply in you DM. We’ve had one if your faulty beds since 13.03.20 and you’re not offering anything to us for storing your bad faulty goods. Will never use you or recommend you again
How can it be, paid deposit in 07.03.20 for new bed, bed arrived damaged in 13.03.20, replacement arrived 21.03.20 damaged. Customer service is rude and won’t return deposit because not collected the second damaged bed. We’re having to store damaged king size bed @bensonsforbeds
@Hermesparcels please provide a phone number to complain to. I’ve had an email to say you’ve delivered a parcel and that I’ve signed for it - strange. I was at work and no parcel at home! No number to complain to. Disgusting
@parcelforce I’ve spoken to someone who is escalating it. Your driver lied on the machine and to your office. Not a good example of delivery drivers. The package was supposed to be signed for.
