Congratulations to the Philippine Swimming Team who participated in the 10th Circle of Swimmers of Melun in France. All 8 members of the Philippine team won medals in their respective categories. My nephew,Yuan Parto, bagged 2 silvers in the 100M and 200M butterfly category.
