ADOR has filed to modify their lawsuit against Danielle, her mother and Min Hee-jin on Deadline set by Judge to provide evidence.

This usually happens if the original claim is incomplete (lack of evidence) or new evidence comes to light.

- ADOR submitted an application to amend the Relief Sought and the Grounds of the Claim (청구취지 및 청구원인 변경신청서).
- ADOR submitted an evidence plan.
- ADOR submitted a preparatory brief.

So what does this mean?

The most notable filing is the application to amend the Relief Sought and the Grounds of the Claim (청구취지 및 청구원인 변경신청서).

In simple terms, ADOR is asking to modify what they’re seeking from the court and the reasons they’re using to support their case.

Now, i won’t blame people if they speculate that this means they couldn’t prove their original claims and are now changing them. I mean, given how they’ve approached this case so far, I can understand why anyone might think that. But at the end of the day, we don’t actually know.

What we do know is that, on today’s deadline, ADOR didn’t just submit evidence and legal arguments. They also asked to revise part of their lawsuit.

Maybe it’s because they want to adjust their claims based on how limited the evidence they’ve gathered. But until we see the actual amendment, it’s impossible to say for sure.

Honestly, I don’t know.
