We stopped service with @gobrightspeed in April. They have sent 9 different invoices from over $1100 to a credit of $26 since then. I have followed their process on invoice disputes (4 emails), no response. How do I reach someone that can actually help at @BrightspeedHelp?

@gobrightspeed @BrightspeedHelp That form states that it is for a Residential concern. Our accounts are business accounts. I expect that the person that reaches out will tell me that they cannot help me for that reason. Is that not true or will they be able to help?
