There’s no haha about this. We can’t be this callous. These people should be arrested, not murdered. They have a right to peaceably assemble. Granted, I don’t consider blocking traffic peaceable, but inconvenience doesn’t warrant assault with a deadly weapon.

JUST IN: Ecuador is in total chaos as armed gangs have reportedly stormed University of Guayaquil, attempting to kidnap students.

The incident comes as a television station crew was taken hostage on live air.

The chaos is in response to President Daniel Noboa's decision to call for a state of emergency after the escape of crime boss Adolfo Macías.

There are also videos circulating of executions being carried out.
