@BurgerKing store 810 you never know who the person is visiting your store. I hope the night manager gets the training he needs so he can improve. Also, I hope the drive thru employee that tried to help get a award.
@BurgerKing then the manager just walked away with me just sitting in drive thru because he forgot a drink. When I asked for a refund, there were no words. Just hand out for my credit card and shoved back at me like I was the problem. I wish this was one of my official audits.
@BurgerKing kudos to the drive thru employee that stepped up and apologized over and over for the managers actions. I was made to feel it was my fault because the manager gave me someone else order, didn't give me my additional items that I paid for.....
@BurgerKing in my 20+ years of being a restaurant/hospitality evaluator, I have never received such poor service from a manager. This poor service required me to ask for a refund, because I was concerned how my food was handled. (STORE 810 Taylor, MI)
