Magnetic @MagneticXRPL is a great platform, and I do not throw out the praises easily for centralized infrastructure, because control. That said I wish them well getting back online and operating as we, the ecosystem need such services. While I praise the validity of properly ran centralized entities, or controlled gateways that are optional, I'll say without multiple eg having only one would be very bad or a controlled monopoly. As users of the Xrpl we need multiple to prevent monopoly and further, strong backup paths like Mad lab paved by #Xoge, to give us access when all else fails. While the quality of magnetic surpases mad lab in most ways excluding pure wallet control, mad labs unique position as a tertiary layer to the ledger that is as immutable as the ledger it's self is critical infrastructure as well. For most interactions the ledger will use the polished, for the true trench days where we see clodflare failures or other disruption, mad lab shines. I respect both Mag/ML for the unique needs, delivering ledger access to end users.

Maintenance work on Magnetic is taking longer than expected. The delay is due to issues with the new service provider. The provider has informed us that work is still ongoing and that service restoration is expected within the next 24 hours.

We also expect to regain access to the data for Memepad and Factora soon, which will allow us to restore these services as well.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are doing everything we can to get Magnetic back up and running as soon as possible.

Just to be clear there have been more fake xoge assets minted than real xoge assets minted. Nearly every chain seen multiple fakes over the years. We are not shocked by another one, just that people fall for it.

Someone minted a xoge asset on sol with internet to rug, rugged it, washed the funds out via gambling sites and exchanges out. I don't know who, obviously and no Xoge asset was minted by me as years ago I said clearly I would not issue any more Xoge assets and that would be on the community. Further they did poor research as they used the old legacy icon that was not only replaced to a red panda but also no clone over ever used anything except token images, not the mascot 😉. The person was absolutely not me and as I said didn't even research the clones and the used icons nor the decentralization letter released years ago. The asset was never added to the website nor was there the month process or clone over done as we're done with every single xoge asset released. I am absolutely not in any way, shape or form involved with degens from sol and what they did. Those are the facts, and to anyone blaming me, I can't stop idiots from making ship up and trying to run scams, happens every day in blockchain sadly. Nothing to do with me or Xoge assets, I said long ago I would not mint again as well that I would never mint a Xoge on Sol. Anyone who knows Xoge knows these things, those who fell for it were not involved in this asset, only a jackets would have minted using the mascot as the icon instead of a coin like all the rest.
