AGAIN AND AGAIN: Illegal immigrant stepdad charged with m*rder after leaving 14-month-old stepson alone in bathtub to drown!!

Angel Israel Deras Rivas, 19, of Garner, North Carolina, was arrested and charged with m*rder and felony negligent child abuse resulting in de*th.

Authorities say he left the toddler unattended in a bathtub full of water while the child was under his sole care. The 14-month-old drowned.

Deras Rivas is the husband of the child’s mother. The couple married in April.

He is being held without bond in the Wake County Detention Center. Prosecutors noted a federal immigration detainer against him.

In May he was cited in Wake County for driving without a license. He never should have been here to begin with - but was protected by the state. INSANE.
