@Tenn_MAGA2@SeeLisaTeach@nunya88788772@ICEgov Brightspeed is the most unapologetically power-hungry company I’ve come across in a long time. By subbing out, they have their plausible deniability, and they’re impossible to get a hold of. Then they have the balls to constantly market to me to switch to them.
@Tenn_MAGA2@SeeLisaTeach@nunya88788772 Johnson City. Brightspeed subs out to illegals. Unmarked trucks. No English. Dig and backfill over water lines without bedding properly. I complained directly to the city, but they said they’re powerless.
@nunya88788772@Tenn_MAGA2 The scumbag Brightspeed owners hire subs who then sub out illegals to come out and tear up yards. They’ve come out to my house three years in a row to dig up my yard. They’ve caused a water leak, left a pile of dirt for me to clean up. No license plates or identification.
@michaelpresky@drawandstrike Why should any government service be directly tied to a person’s home (particularly a paid off home) with threat of seizure of said home if not paid. That is a feudal tribute tax. Why would you be for that?
@herdmann6612@GovGoneWild Can I ask you why this yearly fee requires it being attached to a person’s property with threat of seizure by the government if unpaid? Why attach it to property at all? Why not just a simple service fee like any other? Why the feudal tribute tax?
@WildboarCJD@ancinct@NancyMace I constantly see this same nonsense asked and I can only attribute it to public school education and the lack of basic reasoning skills. Have you thought for even one moment that a municipality can just charge monthly for those services rather than tying it to property?
@Tennesshero@trahana@GuntherEagleman I’ve also got a pinhole leak in my old Rheem system. I had an HVAC guy come out and he was able to add refrigerant, but it cost over $700 and he doesn’t know where the leak is. Same thing. Minimum $10k for a new system.
@FreeRebel1973@clmuseum@TexasCowgrl1111@Brett7592038621 They can levy a yearly surcharge for public services instead of connecting it to your personal property. Why do you think it’s moral to tie those services to a tax that allows government seizure of something you own?
@TexasCowgrl1111@drawandstrike I have two paid off homes. Last year the assessor’s office came up with a magic new home value that now demands an extra $1000 per year in taxes. The mouth breathers on here always bring up the so-called services tied to it. The government can seize my home over this?
