I have been absent for a few days due to a family emergency, my mother recently had gastric surgery and an emergency abdominal procedure which resulted in her spleen being removed.

@TheDTINews The ‘Dollie’ doll was more detailed whilst ‘Lana’ doll is very basic. I feel like the ‘Dollie’ looks like an actual vintage doll whilst ‘Lana’ doll is just a lore in DTI and doesn’t scream Doll. Truth to be told I do prefer the old doll.

We have good news regarding the Infamous Lady Gaga Meat Dress! Earlier before the update, we were told that that was a high chance it would be removed due to it being inappropriate.

We would like to tell you all that we have been working with Roblox and Lady Gaga’s Team on a solution, and the Meat Dress WILL be staying in Dress To Impress. There will be no changes made to it. @_Dress2Impress I think it a good idea to reward for fair voting! The one problem that hasn’t been stated is: Would you make a way to mute the tips, they are super annoying, I’ve seen many people complain about it. It’s not even been 20 minutes and there’s about 10 on my chat.

Just an update from our team ❤️

We're so grateful for all of your feedback regarding the new voting system. As mentioned in the update log, this was our first attempt at solving the unfair voting issues you have been asking us to look into for a long time. This system has worked, and we've seen a significant increase in votes, but unfortunately it didn't meet the expectations of the community, and so we want to go back to the drawing board. We've taken on-board your feedback, and were considering a change where rather than discouraging unfair voting, we encourage fair voting instead. Perhaps through a reward for voting fairly, versus a punishment for not voting fairly.

Before we implement these changes, we would like to hear feedback from you as to whether or not you like the idea of trialling this idea next, to see if it is better received? Let us know so we can consider your thoughts!

Next up, let's discuss the Baddie Pass.

The current Baddie Pass is our first attempt at a Season Pass style system in DTI. We felt that just dumping tons of items on people in one day was getting old. It was overwhelming, especially for new players, and ultimately resulted in everyone becoming bored extremely quickly after an update came out with nothing to look forward to. We're so glad to see the Baddie Pass itself has been well-received, and while we won't have one for every single update, we do think they would be fun to have seasonally. We're aware that the one main issue the community has with the Baddie Pass is how rapidly the XP scales. Though you do have 60 days to unlock it, it doesn't feel very fun to take multiple days to unlock just one tier, we completely agree with that. We cannot edit the XP progression for the Baddie Pass while it is on-going because it will break everyone who has already partially progressed, so as a solution, we are going to double the XP you earn when playing rounds of DTI and from the Daily Tasks to help you progress faster. This change will be added in this weekend's update. Additionally, for the final two weekends before the Baddie Pass ends (August 16th, 17th, 23rd and 24th), we will have 2x XP weekends to help those who aren't finished, complete the Baddie Pass.

For the next Baddie Pass, we will take what we have learned from this one, and ensure it feels more fluid, taking into account your feedback to balance giving players a goal to work towards, but still being fun, light-hearted and not feeling like a chore. We appreciate your feedback and patience during our first attempt!

Now, Seashells.

We are aware you all feel upset about the Seashells and how to earn them, trust me, we hear you! The simple reason for not receiving enough was because we had planned for you to receive Seashells for completing this year's quest. Naturally, the quest had to be delayed, but now that the new release date is announced for July 26th, you can count on earning Seashells for completing the quest as we originally planned. Additionally, we will begin introducing Seasonal Challenges that will also award you Seashells. This weekend's update will include one such challenge to earn 300 Seashells. More Seasonal Challenges will also come over the next few updates to highlight our weekly content drops.

Finally, Twitch Drops.

You all absolutely blew our minds, and we ran out of the 600,000 codes in just a few days. As some of you may already know, we've been working on replenishing the codes. Unfortunately, due to some limitations with Roblox, we are not currently allowed to add anymore codes. However, to at least try to help some more of you get the wings, every existing code that has been given out will have 5 extra redemptions added to it, so you can use someone else's code 5 more times to get the wings. Please do share them with friends, or, if you can't find one, we've created a share your code chat on Discord where you can share, and use, other people's codes until the redemptions run out! These 5 extra redemptions will become available when this weekend's update releases.

We apologise for the delay in reaching out to you all, we have been actively brainstorming the best ways to both acknowledge your feedback, and create actionable solutions. We hope these will be the start of us moving positively forward.
