Over ten hours after police refused to let #StopCopCity demonstrators take a paper chain into City Hall made up of input from those who were prevented from entering to speak out against the cop militarization facility, the protests are ongoing—and the paper chain has made it in.
People who are stuck outside wrote their comments on pieces of paper and made a chain with it.
Police refused to let people take the chain inside to be read, saying it was an “advertisement.”
