Indian bosses are the worst in the world.
Indian corporates and leaders are some of the worst when it comes to fair treatment of employees.
In 2004, I worked for a Indo German JV in NCR region.
We worked hard and build the company. When we were launching the product in a 5 star hotel in Mumbai, the entire team comprising of Germans and Indian had to travel there.
The Indian bosses responsible, booked me and my colleagues (juniors) in a cheaper hotel away from the 5 star hotel while they booked the Germans and other seniors in the 5 star hotel.
When my German boss learnt about it, he got really upset. He told the admin head, you either downgrade us or upgrade everyone else.
They upgraded everyone else. But they were not happy.
When the Germans left India, it was back to the old ways.
There maybe some exceptions but Indian bosses are some of the worst, and most Indian companies give 2 flying fucks about work life balance.
In Europe, I have 45 paid leaves a yeah in addition to all other national leaves. The employee rights and interests are well represented by the employee unions.
People come to office any time between 6.30 am to 9.30 am, work their hours, take their breaks, and leave on time to spend time with their family or do what they like. Of course there are some that work longer hours but nobody questions you if you do your job, respect your hours and leave on time.
So if you are an Indian leader, don’t be the asshole in the post below that considers Saturday and Sunday as paid leaves and thinks that Indians have the best work life balance.
He has probably never traveled in a Virar local from Borivali to Churchgate, or driven after work on the western expressway between Andheri and Mira Road.
Never buy @panasonic smart TV in India and if you have it then never send it to authorised repair centers, these centres are frauds !
They came, checked my 50 inch Panasonic TV, said that there's motherboard issue, Rs. 6300 was the cost told to me assuring it'll be all ok. Following day I get a call saying that the panel is damaged and there will be 2 lines coming on the screen, if you want to get it repaired, the panel would cost Rs 44,000. When I told the guy that there wasn't any panel issue he said, better use it the way it is now or buy a new TV coz it's cheaper than the cost of panel.
Basically charged me for an unknown repair, created another bigger issue and ruined the TV and delivered back. @PanasonicIndia have the most unprofessional technicians, their service centers are at dingy places, worse than the regular repair shops and on top of it one person took a bumpy ride with my 50 inch smart TV on an e rickshaw. No way a TV repair should be handled like this, you took the money but lost your customer's trust @PanasonicInNews

This was a brand new Washing machine. Reliance Digital denied replacing. Asked us to get DOA from LG.
LG on the other hand said unless we open up the unit, we can't give DOA.
Now LG is trying to fix the issue. They claimed it was wiring issue. 😔

Everytime you now travel from Mumbai to Pune, in addition to the toll, always factor in paying Rs 2000 as a speeding fine.
Because now the entire road, including one's in Vashi, Panvel and Pune have speed cameras installed, but govt conveniently skipped telling us the speed limit.
Today I drove the entire expressway on cruise control, let absolute idiots overtake me only to find a challan for doing 70 kmph on some road in Panvel, whose speed limit was supposed to be 60.
Looks like Our Govt has stumbled on an infinite money hack, where they can randomly assign speed limits, without informing the motorists and then keep taking money from them like an infinite ATM.
Isn't accepting my serial number, that I have to wait for someone senior to sort this and call me back. No option for escalation, nothing I can do. @intel@IntelIndia@IntelNuc@ASUSIndia@ASUS please improve. This isn't the kind of experience anyone should have
Horrible. Experience trying to RMA intel nuc, support transferred to Asus, the call centre agents are absolutely unprofessional and have no knowledge. The service centre tells me I just need a case I'd and to deposit the nuc, did that yesterday and arrived todat to deposit it
Arrive to the sc after spending 1.5h only for them to tell me the details of the case I'd and serial number aren't being accepted by the system, called Asus back from there for a new agent to tell me I was lied to and given wrong info by the previous agent. And now the system
