More than an inconvenience when we have a 15 month old child who dislikes flying and a hotel all paid for. No timeline for refunds is simply not good enough for a major company such as @Eurostar

@Eurostar What sort of system is this? You cancel my train just before Christmas leaving me with a hotel in Paris and no way of getting there without overpaying on late plane fares and no timeline for my refund? Please explain this process you have in place, just not good enough

@Eurostar @EurostarUK So I’ve just had my train cancelled due to strike and will receive a full refund. How long until I receive the refund as your live chat is down. Now have a hotel in Paris and having to pay extortionate plane fares after going due to your ‘special’ offer!

@Merseytravel @MetroMayorSteve I was just wondering if you had something to say to someone who uses the tunnel 10/14 times a week, but lives outside the area that benefits from the new £1 fee? I’ve gone through the tunnel this morning at 4am and paid £1.80 instead of the usual £1 I had before?

@Merseytravel He’s out campaigning for something I see though. I’m sure this decision to benefit the local people will go in his favour. Shame it’s going to cost me an increase of over £300 a year! Guess a customer who uses your service 10/14 times a week isn’t important if I can’t vote
