@Mrs_Z_Primary Avoiding unnecessary meetings?.. Employing more staff to reduce contact time?.. Allow flexible working when staff have PPA on the afternoon?.. Have a strong set of guidelines for students that put the accountability of their output on them, not just the staff? This list goes on.
