Despite the other disliking the brighter and more friendlier environment and creatures , the Carian actually quite enjoyed the change of scenery .
It definitely beats the darkness and gloom their world was constantly surrounded in .

Every world, to Kaela, seemed better off than theirs. The Lands Between was a seething cauldron of suffering and conflict. This world was a guild of fighters seeking balance in nature, the other was colourful and full of such life that even its monsters were nearly friendly.

It was irritating. Infuriating.
"I have yet to be stopped. Perhaps they don't mind, perhaps they cannot stop me."
A portal opens behind Kaela, she lets out a chuckle.
"I'll leave you to find out."
She began to walk backwards through the portal, aiming to let it close before +

She spoke like that was normal. Given the tone wavering upon her voice, that might just be the case by now.
Kaela looked to Malin, as the Carian glanced to her. Then, she too turned and passed through the portal, letting it close behind them.
Kaela let her gaze settle upon the view, and the distant creatures.

Glancing over at Kaela , she stared at her for a moment before walking through the portal .
She made sure to stay clear of the Crimson Rot as she entered .
Watching the bird head off, Kaela waited a beat before her helm faced Malin once more. A warning to the others, perhaps. It mattered not. She'd simply deal with the situation as it developed. The two knew of each other, by this point, one knew of the other's intentions, the +

Perhaps from the amusement of it all.
"Besides, you can take it from me. It's possible to become lost in a different world and find one's way back. Sometimes, the way back will find oneself +
A scoff in response. Kaela had learned for herself just how little one might be missed. Perhaps the situation was different with the Carians. It was hard to say.
Still, Kaela chuckled. Irritating someone was rather pleasant. She somewhat understood why Velkan did it now.

"Perhaps. Perhaps I could continue to tease. We are enjoying ourselves ever so much, after all."
Still, the topic of other worlds could lead to something more... curious.
"Why should I tell you, when I could show you? It would be far more effective, after all."
And she could +
