And last but not least, I don’t think @charlesallen @coreyholman or @Alison6B09 are bad people. They are all volunteers trying to serve. However, its the policies and different (I would argue ineffective) approach to solving the many challenges we face today that I disagree with.

Talking to friends and neighbors and urging them to do the same. I’ve seen many bad things stopped and good things started just by being present.

It also grew from the frustration of watching so much progress in DC be reversed so quickly.

Identifying frustrations is not trolling, it’s bringing attention to a problem that isn’t getting solved by those elected to solve them.

@mbrogan @charlesallen @councilofdc You must have missed the part where DC native @DCPoliceDept Chief Contee rightly pointed out that there are numerous programs in place for people to get help. Throwing more money at a problem is not a solution. Effective oversight and management of these programs is sorely needed
