Introducing Waypoint Trial, a replacement of Academy with the aim of making the process more fluid and open.

This change will effectively get rid of the closed periods and open applications permanently, giving mappers a chance to join when it suits them

There's a worrying trend in TM, where after a bad TOTD or even RMC track, some people will call for the mapper to - for example - never build again or uninstall the game.

This seems completely normalized, and few people seem actually interested in helping mappers improve. 1/4
